Arthur is the leader of the League of Mage-Knight Nations and it's strongest Blazer, ranking 1st in the KOK A-League.
During World War II, Arthur, being a part of the British forces, realized that there was a mastermind to the War and gathered Blazers that he trusted and formed a special task force that would become the key players of the League. They were successfully able to win the war and establish peace, with Arthur killing Tyrant while Ryouma Kurogane humiliated the US to the point they accepted peace, but hiding the truth by claiming he only had repelled the Tyrant, as he saw the Rebellion and Tyrant's existence as needed to prevent another war from occurring.

Desperado: Arthur is a Desperado, a being that has broken the chains of fate and reached a new level of power. As a Desperado he has far greater magic power than an average Blazer and is described as one of the three top strongest Blazers in the world, on par with the Adam Goetia and Abraham Carter, equal to even Desperados who have access to Excessive Awakening such as Naseem Al-Salem.
