After the Battle is the twenty-second chapter of the Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan manga.

Summary

After her loss in the selection match with Touka Toudou, Shizuku wakes up in the hospital room, surrounded by Ikki, Stella and Nagi. Ikki and Stella leave the room, after Shizuku asks to be alone for moment, but Nagi remains with her, saying that it's okay to cry. Shizuku the begins crying, being infuriated by her loss to Touka.

Ikki and Stella head to train, with Stella thinking about how she wishes to be even closer with Ikki, but quickly starts to blush because of her thoughts. Ikki notices Stella's red cheeks, believing that she might have a cold. When Ikki moves closer to examine Stella, Stella quickly jumps back, and hits a girl who is carrying a large stack of papers, causing the girl to fall over, and reveal her panties. Stella quickly informs the girl of her situation, and it's revealed that the girl is Touka Todo.

Touka says that she's pleased to meet with Ikki and Stella, though she does apologize for defeating Shizuku in their match. Ikki however says that he is glad Touka fought Shizuku with all her strength. Touka then explains her Noble Art, Reverse Sight, which lets her sense the moves her opponent is about to make. Ikki questions if Touka should tell this to her possible opponents, but Touka says that such small information won't help them. Ikki and Stella then help Touka carry the papers to the student council room.

When they arrive to the student council room, the student council members are all present, but the room is in a mess. Touka scolds the other members and quickly cleans up he room. While Ikki and Stella are eating with the student council, Utakata Misogi mentions how Ikki and Stella are probably the helpers Touka found. Touka gets shocked and explains to Ikki and Stella that she was supposed to gather helpers for the student council to help them search the Okutama mountain for a mysterious giant, a job Touka completely forgot. Ikki and Stella though accept the task of helping the student council, as they are then told that the mysterious individual in Okutama is supposedly a giant.
