Charlotte is extremely dutiful to Rinna as she rescued her from being left on the streets willing to sacrifice herself if it meant that she could survive. Though this loyalty can also be a bit disturbing for the latter as after she failed to protect from Stella's Katharterio Salamandra, she started acting more like a dog and make several requests that Rinna used a number of torture devices on her for punishment.

Though Charlotte has no personal grudge against Stella as Rinna's enemy during the Seven Stars Sword Art Festival, she treated her as such, as well as showing some annoyance after Stella started to talk with Rinna in a casual manner afterward.

After Rinna offered Ikki a position as her butler, Charlotte showed annoyance about that fact.
