Hisuijin is a Noble Art, that allows the user to compress water along the edge of their Device, making it longer and sharper. The technique possesses extreme cutting power, being able to even cut metal like butter.
Weakness[]
Although the technique slightly increases the range of the user's Device, it still requires the user to get into close range, in order to be useful, possibly opening the user to stronger close range techniques.
