Kurono Shinguuji[]
She seems to have a very friendly relationship with Kurono, as she is seen calling Kurono Kuu-chan. They also seem to have a deep trust with each other, as Kurono actually hired Saikyo because she knew she would be a good teacher.
It was revealed later on that they had met when they were still children and had fought with Nene actually managing to injure Kurono despite being outclassed, although by injuring herself which led to Kurono stopping holding back and brutally defeating Nene. This led to them becoming rivals and Nene noted that she had gone to great lengths to gain the power needed to best her. However, at the same time, she had still came to view Kurono as a friend, as she did genuinely congratulate Kurono over her marriage to Takumi but was angry and saddened that they would never fight again. Even now, Nene still remains angry with Kurono's decision, giving her a bitter and aggressive look when reminding her about her fears of becoming a Desperado. Eventually, as Kurono gained encouragement from her family, she promised Nene they would back to settle the score from the summer. Nene's wish would come true.
Ikki Kurogane[]
Nene has been shown to be very playful with Ikki, as when they first met she was playing around with him, even going as far as flirting with him, in a playful manner. It has been shown that she truly cares about Ikki, as she was angered by what Ikki went through due to Akaza and wanted to hit him for all the things he had done to Ikki, during his detainment.
Stella Vermillion[]
Nene trained Stella for the Seven Stars Sword Art Festival. They share a friendly relationship, though Nene often teases Stella. Nene acts as a kind of mentor to Stella, wishing for her to become stronger.

Norman Creed[]
Norman, as the Vice.Leader of the League, has authority to command Nene, in businesses concerning the League. Nene seems to be on friendly terms with Norman, being able to persuade him in to agreeing to the terms of the tournament between Vermillion and Cradleland.

Nangou Torajirou[]
Being Nene's mentor, Nene has a very close relationship with Nangou. She also respects Nangou the most in the entire world. Despite this, Nene is often embarrassed when he is mentioned.
Mamoru Akaza[]
Nene despises Akaza, for his actions against Ikki, going as far as insulting him by calling him a red Tanuki. She even wanted to chase after Akaza after he had left, not being satisfied with him being shocked by the results of Ikki's match against Tohka.
Naseem Al-Salem[]
Nene has a playful attitude towards the dangerous mercenary Naseem, despite the latter's power. Nene flirted with him during their battle, claiming that he was her type, while Naseem was largely uninterested in her, at least emotionally. Naseem however, wishes to battle Nene, due to her great strength. Nene herself was shocked by Naseem power, even making her training and developed a new technique just because of him.
