Sealed Arts - Adrian Blue is the Strongest Noble Art of Carlo, where he stabs his Neptune into the ground creating a bluish-white magic circle, which cause an enormous amount of water to sprout out from the ground similar to a geyser, then turns into a gigantic whirlpool around himself. The enormous amount of water from Adrian Blue swallow up all enemies in the area, shooting them into the skies large enough to cover it. Once the opponents are caught in the attack, they will be trapped by it and even moving will become problematic.
Adrian Blue is banned from usage by the League of Mage-Knight Nations, due to its power, similar to Nene Saikyo's Hadou Tensei and Kurono Shinguuji's World Crisis.
